The 2FHC0660 is a Firstack digital gate driver core with a 6 W drive power, a 60 A peak output current and a 3300 V maximum breakdown voltage, built for high-voltage IGBT modules. Its higher drive power suits larger modules with a high gate charge, and the 3300 V capability covers high-voltage converters, rail traction and power transmission where a standard driver would not provide enough isolation and drive. As a driver core, it integrates the digital controller, the isolation, the power supply and the protection, and a designer adds the interface and the power stage around it. Firstack's digital technology produces lower electromagnetic interference than an analog driver and adds high reliability, high flexibility and high intelligence. The protection set includes short-circuit detection, undervoltage lockout, soft shutdown and intelligent fault management, and the core supports multi-level topologies.
