Why We Expanded the Program

Demand for reliable gate drivers has grown sharply as manufacturers in motor drives, rail traction and renewable energy look for dependable supply. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine Firstack driver cores and plug-and-play drivers across regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the fast-moving models that production lines depend on, and keep those parts available when customers need them. A gate driver is a small part of the bill of materials but a large part of the risk, because a missing driver stops a power stage from shipping and a driver fault can damage an expensive module. The stocking program exists to remove that risk from the customer line.

What Is Now Stocked

The expanded program covers mainstream driver cores such as the 2FHC0435 and 2FHC0660, and plug-and-play drivers such as the 1FSD08110 and HV1027P. Together these parts serve inverters, traction converters, energy-storage systems and high-voltage supplies. Additional models are added as demand is confirmed, and allocation-sensitive parts such as the high-voltage press-pack drivers continue to be scheduled against customer forecasts. Holding both cores and complete drivers means a customer can choose the level of customisation that suits the project, from a fully custom driver built around a digital core to a pre-configured driver that installs directly on a standard module.

Coverage of the Full Converter

The list was not chosen at random. It combines our own sales history, the design activity our FAE team sees in customer projects and the open order backlog, so the inventory mirrors what is actually being designed rather than what a catalogue suggests. The program also pairs the driver with the surrounding bill of materials, because a converter needs the gate resistor set, the isolated supply and the protection settings to work as a system, and buying them from one distributor simplifies the whole build.

How Availability Is Managed

Availability is managed in two layers. The first is physical stock of fast-moving models in regional warehouses, refreshed against live demand so a customer can pull a driver in days rather than waiting on a long factory allocation. The second is a scheduling layer for allocation-sensitive and high-voltage models, where BeiLuo reserves supply against a customer forecast and confirms lead time before an order is placed. Publishing real stock status rather than quoting parts we do not hold is a deliberate choice, because a distributor that quotes from the open market adds risk instead of removing it.

What This Means for Customers

For design and production teams, in-stock drivers shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream drivers from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate gate drive, protection and thermal design before committing to production volumes, which is where most of the engineering risk in a new converter actually sits.

Documentation With Every Order

Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which reduces administrative friction in supply-chain reviews and shortens the supplier qualification cycle for a new production line.

Quality and Traceability

Traceability is part of the program, not an afterthought. Each driver remains traceable to the Firstack factory lot, and the compliance documents travel with the goods rather than following later. For audit-heavy buyers in rail, medical and automotive supply chains, that traceability is a requirement rather than a preference, and it is the reason those customers consolidate their driver purchases with a distributor that can document every line.

Backed by FAE Support

Stock alone is not enough; a gate driver must be applied correctly. BeiLuo's FAE team supports driver selection, gate resistor tuning, protection setting and layout review, helping customers turn a stocked part into a reliable design. Bringing the driver, the module and the converter together in one conversation is what removes the risk, and that is the service behind the inventory.

From Stock to Working Design

The measure of a stocking program is whether it helps a customer ship a working product. When a driver is held in stock and an FAE team can confirm the drive power, set the gate resistors and validate the design on the bench, the gap between a purchase order and a production converter narrows sharply. That is the outcome the expanded Firstack program is designed to deliver for drive, rail and renewable manufacturers through 2026.
